  • All payments must be made in full before products are received or services are confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, availability issues, or other legitimate business reasons.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and handling times are detailed in our Shipping and Handling Policy. Rodríguez Vega Dental is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or for events of force majeure beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was shipped.

  • The product was received in defective condition.

In these cases, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
